  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil, plus oil for frying
  • 1 thumb ginger, peeled and finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 6 oz. shelled edamame (1 cup)
  • 1/2 head napa cabbage, shredded
  • 2 carrots, shredded
  • ¼ cup sliced onion
  • 1 package shiitake mushrooms, re-hydrated and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Pinch of sugar (optional)
  • 1 package Wildwood Eggroll Wraps
